These Terms of Purchase explain how we operate, what you can expect when placing an order, and the responsibilities of both you and Street Race Specialist. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where applicable.

MADE TO ORDER

Every Street Race Specialist garment is made to order.

Rather than producing garments in bulk, each item is created specifically for you once your order has been placed. This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste while allowing us to produce each collection with care.

Because every garment is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase has been confirmed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our garments, colours and artwork as accurately as possible.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and photography. Measurements provided are intended as a guide and small manufacturing tolerances may occur.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency selected on the website.

Prices may change without notice. However, the price you pay will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required.

PAYMENT

We accept secure payment methods offered through our checkout.

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. Street Race Specialist does not store or have access to your full payment details.

SHIPPING

Orders are produced after purchase and dispatched once production has been completed.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on destination, seasonal demand and carrier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As every Street Race Specialist garment is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference after purchase

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number together with photographs of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

All artwork, graphics, photography, branding, logos, product designs and website content displayed by Street Race Specialist remain the intellectual property of Street Race Specialist unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Street Race Specialist will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
